Coaching and Spiritual Direction from a distance

Online with Zoom: This is an effective method of connection. We have learned this through the pandemic. We are able to see one another, respond to voice and visual cues, and see the support. This allows Amy in Indiana, to meet with persons in Portland, Oregon and Jos, Nigeria….and a block away. She will send you a link prior to the call. You just need to follow the link for one or two steps. Pretty simple. Make sure that you are in a place with strong wifi, that you can talk out loud, and some folks like to use earbuds or headphones.

 Phone: The phone session offers a very quiet and intimate space for you to get comfortable and go deep within. Amy meets with her own spiritual director by phone in a local park surrounded by trees or parking lot, or the home couch. It is a way to listen with eyes closed and no distractions. Very effective whether you are across the continent or across the street.

In Studio/In-Person: This method is very limited at this time.

Writing: Occasionally, an individual cannot work a session into their busy schedule, but they want to contemplate a timely and compelling happening for them. Amy is happy to be part of a write and response process that allows good work to get done, even if you’re writing at the quiet of midnight.
